The workshop venue...

The workshops are located in the village of Tolstachaolais on the west side of the Isle of Lewis. This village is hidden away from the main road and many people consider it the most beautiful village on the island. The tuition takes place in the home of Laura and Justin - a house built on Laura's family croft. Her Macdonald family has worked this croft, or small holding, for over two centuries.
